What Planet is This?
How About Now?
The Right Perspective Changes Everything.
Saturn was there the whole time. It only became clear when the perspective changed.
MMC applies the same idea to motion capture. We believe many movement problems do not need more cameras, but a better way of seeing. With the right view and the right processing, a single camera can reveal motion clearly, practically, and meaningfully.
MMC was founded in Kingston, Ontario, out of Queen’s University’s School of Kinesiology.
It began with a simple goal: make motion capture more accessible outside of traditional lab environments.
Today, MMC builds practical computer vision tools for clinics, researchers, performance teams, and organizations that need meaningful motion data without complex multi-camera systems.
Meet Our Team
Abed A. Hijleh
Abed A. Hijleh is a PhD candidate in Translational Medicine at Queen’s University, focusing on respiratory physiology and human movement during exercise. His research explores ventilatory and biomechanical responses, with an emphasis on developing practical, data-driven methods for analysis. He completed his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology at Queen’s, where he worked in neuromechanics and movement tracking.
Co-founder
Igor Serafini
Igor Serafini is a Master’s student at Queen’s University working in the Sensorimotor Exploration Lab. His research focuses on motor control and human movement, with an emphasis on how sensory information shapes coordination and performance. He completed his undergraduate studies at Queen’s in Biotechnology, building a strong foundation in biology and data-driven analysis.
Co-founder
Technical Advisor
Dr. Gerome Manson
Dr. Gerome Manson is an Assistant Professor in the School of Kinesiology and Health Studies at Queen’s University, where he leads the Sensorimotor Exploration Lab. His research focuses on motor control, multisensory integration, and neuromechanics, examining how sensory information influences human movement. He completed his academic training at the University of Toronto and has continued his work at Queen’s, combining biomechanics and neuroscience.
Sales
Andrei Neder
Andrei Neder is an Applied Mathematics and Computer Engineering student at Queen’s University, supporting MMC across solution development and sales. He works on developing application-specific specializations and translating technical capabilities into practical use cases.
