Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: May 16, 2026

MMC is committed to making its websites, applications, software interfaces, documentation, customer portals, and digital services accessible and usable for as many people as reasonably possible.

MMC seeks to follow recognized accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 AA or WCAG 2.2 AA where reasonably applicable to our Services. MMC also considers applicable accessibility requirements in jurisdictions where we offer Services, including Canada, the United States, the European Union, and other regions.

MMC Services may include motion capture, computer vision, camera-based analysis, uploaded media processing, live demos, dashboards, APIs, integrations, movement analytics, reports, visualizations, research tools, and related software features. Some features may depend on hardware, camera access, video quality, lighting, browser capabilities, operating system settings, network performance, third-party services, or experimental functionality.

Because certain MMC Services involve visual motion analysis, video processing, body tracking, segmentation, landmarks, recognition outputs, or visual reports, some features may not be fully accessible to all users in all circumstances. MMC will make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility and, where practicable, provide support, accessible documentation, alternative formats, summaries, or other reasonable assistance.

For users in the European Union, MMC seeks to provide accessible digital service information, online purchasing or subscription flows, account interfaces, customer support channels, and service documentation where required by applicable EU accessibility laws.

MMC Services may include or rely on third-party platforms, infrastructure, cloud services, integrations, payment tools, analytics providers, customer support systems, or external websites. MMC does not control all third-party accessibility features but will make reasonable efforts to select, configure, and support third-party services in a manner consistent with MMC’s accessibility goals.

MMC is continually working to improve accessibility, usability, compatibility, and performance. However, MMC does not guarantee that every website page, application feature, beta service, research tool, demo, visualization, report, third-party integration, or generated output will meet every accessibility standard at all times.

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in an alternative format, or require assistance using MMC Services, please contact us:

MMC may update this Accessibility Statement periodically as its Services, legal obligations, standards, and accessibility practices evolve.
