Return and Refund Policy

All MMC Labs Inc. Services, including subscriptions, demos, pilots, software access, APIs, analytics, reports, consulting, research support, and other digital or cloud-based services, are provided on a non-returnable basis. Because MMC provides software, data processing, motion analysis, computer vision outputs, and related digital services, no physical products are eligible for return.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing by MMC, all fees are non-refundable, including payments for subscriptions, usage, setup, onboarding, pilots, demos, custom work, consulting, integrations, API access, reports, or research services.

MMC may, in its sole discretion, offer credits, partial refunds, service extensions, or other remedies on a case-by-case basis, but doing so does not create any obligation to provide the same remedy in the future.

Users are responsible for reviewing Service details, limitations, technical requirements, and suitability before purchasing or using MMC Services. MMC does not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, uninterrupted, medically actionable, or suitable for any specific purpose, consistent with MMC’s Terms of Service.
